Refund policy

Returns
Our policy lasts 365 days. If 365 days have gone by since the delivery of your order, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must include all parts (unless explicitly told otherwise by us in writing).

Please kindly understand We could not accept:
a) Gift cards
b) Downloadable software products
c) Products that are intimate or sanitary goods, hazardous materials, or flammable liquids or gases.

There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted (if applicable):
a) Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error;
b) Any item that is returned more than 365 days after delivery.

Return Shipping
You will be responsible for paying for shipping to us. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

If you are shipping an item over $100, please consider using a tracked shipping service.

Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

If your original order was shipped by regular shipping, your payment will be fully refunded;
If your original order was shipped by express shipping, the amount of the express shipping charge will NOT be refunded, but your payment for the items will be otherwise fully refunded.

Exchanges
If you need to exchange it for the same item, please contact us before returning the item.

If an item has been discontinued and therefore out of stock, we will try our best to find an alternative that is of the same or better quality and agreed by you; If we cannot find such an alternative, we will refund your order.
