EnjoyGadgets.com offers a 30-day Satisfaction Guarantee on many items that we sell.

We encourage you contact us if you experience difficulties with our products, for we are happy to help you solve your problems.

Due to supplier and manufacturer restrictions, some opened items will be non-refundable, and any return is subject to prior approval from EnjoyGadgets.com. Items that are unopened and still in its original shrink wrap and sealed, can be returned without restriction, within 15 days of purchase, unless marked as nonreturnable. All items returned to us must be shipped pre-paid.

Items eligible for return are subject to a 15% restocking fee, and if approved by EnjoyGadgets.com would be eligible for exchange, merchandise credit or refund. Due to the volatile nature of electronics prices, items will only be refunded at the current pricing at the time of return.

If you have any tech support questions before requesting a RMA, feel free to ask in a tech support message.

All returned products must be 100% complete in original packaging and in resalable condition, with all packaging, software, manuals, blank warranty cards and other accessories and documentation included.

Incomplete or unauthorized returns will be refused. The customer is responsible for any additional damage to an item or loss during shipment to EnjoyGadgets.com. Therefore, we recommend that all items shipped to us be insured for damage or loss.

The Customer is responsible for the returning shipping cost, and we will cover the replacement shipping cost.

What's Next?

We will contact you once we received your returned package.

  • For exchange, a brand new replacement will be shipped to you;
  • For refund, the customer's payment will be refunded to the original funding source of your payment (eg. your credit card or PayPal account), less the restocking fee and/or shipping charge, if any.
The customer will receive confirmation email on any further updates during the return & refund process and stay informed.
